"Kristin, you know I love you right?" Kevin asked as they lay just looking at each other. He had been ignoring his friends, family, and girlfriend since her entrance back into his life.
"Yes I do. And I love you too." She replied afraid the next words he would decide to share would be hurtful.
"I have to tie up some loose ends before we can be together. I am not sure how long that will take. Fell free to stay here as long as you want. I can tie them up elsewhere." Kevin explained.
"So you want to try it again?" Kristin asked hopefully.
"My dear, you have never been further than the back of my mind. It's always been you." Kevin explained sweetly, she lightly kissed him and he got up, showered, and prepared to break it to Lea. He loved her, just not as much. And he knew he could at least count on Kristin to return his love equally and not ignore him, when he got too clingy.
"Brian? What was that?" Amy asked immediately worried at another sound of something breaking.
"Sweets, I don't know. I think I am going to check it out though." Brian announced.
"Don't get hurt." Amy ordered.
"Shit, where is Tike?" Brian asked. (EN: This is how it's spelled in the official book so I am going to refer to it that way from now on.)
"Honey I don't know. Go find him." Amy encouraged.
"All right." Brian agreed and set out to find his dog, and whatever made that awful noise.
"Hello. Who's there?" Brian asked.
"You mean you don't remember?" Asked a familiar voice.
"What are you doing here?" Brian asked the obviously drunk lady standing in his living room. Tike was still sleeping in the door of the laundry room. He sighed a sigh of relief.
"So Brian, did you miss me?" She asked trying to walk but settled on crawling.
"Leighanne, go home." He ordered.
"I am." She said smiling evilly before passing out of intoxication. He called 9-1-1 and reported her as an intruder. Amy stayed upstairs the whole time. Brian filled her in and she got mad. She finally had him, and now Leighanne was being a bit psycho in her attempts to get him back.
Megs finally fell asleep with much coaxing from AJ. Leaving him still a little turned on by the applied pressure, she purposely made. He went to go relieve himself why she slept.
She was so wonderful. He thought as he returned. Even in their attempt to find Nick and Em wasn't very big, they still had lots of fun together.
They always had lots of fun together. But still had some foundation and real, true love.
Lissa gazed at Mark, lovingly. She felt finally happy. He wasn't like anybody she had ever met. Outgoing but still conservative. Funny but still serious. A combination of all she wanted and loved.
He stirred in his sleep but didn't wake.
Lissa decided to try and sleep herself but nudged up to him as close as she could before she was able to.
"NICK!" Em screamed running down in his stairs in only her undergarments. He followed her.
"Woman! Where the hell are you going?" He asked. She turned around and smiled but didn't let him catch up to her.
"You would think by now, that you would be tired." He commented.
"Well if you are, I'll let you go to bed." She replied.
"Hell no!" He responded and ran after her with more vigilance.
"So what did you want?" He asked as he caught her and wrapped his arms around her lovingly.
"Guess?" She asked.
"I'd rather not." He shared letting her go.
"Then follow me." She instructed, he followed.
She lead him to the kitchen where she plopped herself on the counter.
"You hungry?" He asked. She nodded smiling.
She then opened a cupboard.
"Mac-n-cheese?" He asked surprised. She nodded.
"You are as bad as Brian." He commented. She fidgeted uncomfortably and he realized his error in sharing that.
"It's okay Em, you don't need him." Nick soothed and planted a kiss on her lips. She smiled and they made their early morning (6am) snack.
