Kevin groggily climbed out of bed the next morning and pulled his pants on over his boxers. He sighed, knowing that this was the day he'd been dreading since Kristin had came here. Grabbing his car keys and a quick piece of toast, he quietly slipped out of the house and walked over to his car. Once he was finally to his car, he unlocked the driver's side and climbed in, starting the car and backing out of the driveway.
He drove down all the familiar roads to his destination, quickly glancing at small things that reminded him of her. Yes he knew it would hurt the both of them once he reached her house, but he knew it must be done if he was going to be with Kristin. I love Lea… He thought to himself. Just not as much as I love Kristin. He finally concluded right as he pulled into Lea's driveway and climbed out of the car. Slowly, and dreadfully, he walked up to the door and knocked. A weary, yet beautiful looking Lea, opened the door as a wide smile appeared on her face.
"Kevin, I didn't expect to see you here." She told him as she invited him in
"Well…I had to come over. Lea…we need to talk…" Kevin started as the smile on Lea's face quickly disappeared.
Brian woke up the the smell of bacon and coffee brewing. He tiredly got up from the bed and walked downstairs to the kitchen where the smell was coming from to find Amy cooking.
"Honey?" Brian quietly said while walking up to her and wrapping his arms around her waist. Startled, Amy jumped a little, yet still stayed quiet. After a few minutes, Brian picked up on a sniffling sound and slowly turned Amy around as she tried to shield her face.
"Baby what's wrong? Are you crying?" Brian questioned her concerned.
"No…I'm just…..yes! Yes I'm crying. God Brian yes I'm crying." Amy sobbed into Brian's shoulder as he held her.
"Shhhh baby it's ok. It's ok, I'm here honey. Now tell me what's wrong sweetheart." Brian coaxed her as he led her over to sit at the kitchen table.
"I just…I finally had you and then she showed up. She had to show up. I know you love her again. I just know it. I mean, how couldn't you love her again? Look at her! She's gorgeous, she's…." Amy started to go on as Brian interrupted her quickly.
"Not you…She's not you. I don't love her again Amy. Honey is that why you're crying?" Brian questioned as Amy slowly nodded. Brian smiled. "You have nothing to worry about. I love you." He told Amy as he pulled her in for a sweet, yet passionate kiss.
AJ was sitting in the kitchen of his apartment watching MTV when Meg slowly came down the stairs, holding her head. AJ heard her footsteps and smiled a little.
"Head hurt baby?" he teased.
Meg scowled at him. "Shuddup."
"You had a lot to drink last night honey." AJ informed her as he handed her a few advil and a glass of water, then wrapped his arms around her.
"I guessed from the size of this damn headache." She told him as she winced.
"No baby, I mean…A LOT to drink. You're…well rather horny when drunk huh? You tried almost everything to get me to sleep with you and baby it almost worked. My god girl, you have no idea how turned on you made me." He explained to her as she suddenly looked embarrassed.
"Oh shit…AJ I'm sorry, really I am. I didn't mean to do that to you. But thank you so much, for being such a great boyfriend and being so good to me." She confided to him while lightly kissing him. "I promise though…I'll make up for it all tonight." She added with a smile as a look of pure lust passed over AJ's face as he smiled and pulled her closer for yet another kiss.
Mark woke up with Lissa curled up to him as close as possible. Smiling, he wrapped his arms around her and snuggled into her. Lissa stirred and woke up a few seconds later to find Mark's arms around her.
A large smile overcame her face as she looked up to Mark and he smiled back at her.
"I Love You…" he whispered in her ear as Lissa smiled even brighter.
"I love you too." She whispered back before curling back up in his arms and falling back to sleep as Mark watched her sleep peacefully.
Howie paced his bedroom wondering what to do with Stef and Courtney.
He'd heard the whole conversation…
So what was his reaction to Dave and I?" Stef curiously questioned.
"Jealous as all hell. He seemed so angry when he saw you and Dave together." Courtney laughed "This'll be too easy to deceive him!"
Howie cringed as the words filtered back through his head .Suddenly an idea popped into his head. He smiled, thinking about how to act it out. Once he'd written down all the details and his idea, Howie jammed the paper into his pocket, grabbed his car keys, and walked out the door, smiling to himself thinking about how revenge is sweet.
