BAD DECISIONS WITH REALLY BAD OUTCOMES

Decision Education (DE) students in 5th grade will work in small groups on one of five topics: Tobacco; Inhalants; Alcohol; Prescription Drugs; Marijuana. 

INSTRUCTIONS:

Students will use a shared Google Doc to collect info. for 3 main sub-topics, and final conclusion:

A. What is it? – Frame & Information

B. What are the effects? – Information & Values

C. What is the law? – Information & Reasoning

Final Conclusion – Frame, Alternatives, Leadership Talents, & Commitment.

Each group will use the SmartBoard to share their findings with the class.
