The Student Leadership Team (SLT) meets on a regular basis to explore leadership opportunities in the Lower School. Each student in the 4th and 5th grade will have a chance to volunteer and serve on the SLT. The essential qualities combined with decision-making skills,  Six Hat Thinking, and the Six Value Medals will be used to make recommendations for strengthening our community. The SLT will have a monthly goal to make a presentation to students during assembly.

The SLT will work together to solve current problems related to the LS community, and review items submitted by student for consideration.
