Big news! Do you remember the story of my tutor, Lisa, who taught me how to speak English practically, as I mentioned it on the online journal (July 7, 2003) ? If you have not yet to read that, please check it out first.
In actuality, she and her husband, Ed, have been wating for their baby coming into their life for a long long time. We've all been looking forward to the new life into Lisa's tummy. Finally, her dream has come true recently! Last Wednesday I heard about this greatest news for the first time, talking to Lisa on the phone. At first, she just said "Guess what", and I replied by the custermary way saying "what?". But, somehow she just kept asking the same question and asked me to guess, and I just had no idea, hearing the cheerful voice of her. However, in a few second, suddenly I hit on the happiest thing that she had wanted to happen. "So, you've got pregnant!", I yelled. The answer was totally correct. Yes, she holds a little baby, one of the most precious things in this world, inside her. She also told me that it's third month. I was very surprised and extremely impressed. Lisa made it! Lisa is gonna have a baby! Congratulations!
