Hello, Just like to let you know we've been having a tough couple weeks with the flu and all. Mikayla was very sick and is doing better. Mikenzie is the only one who didn't get the flu, I hope it's because she was so sick in the spring, that she won't be ill for a long time. She has been doing wonderful. Isaac has the flu and has been running some pretty good temps so we are concerned about his "febrile seizures" we are watching him very closely. Ryan has been sick too, with his asthma and a touch of what everyone else has. Poor little guy, but trust me Isaac and Ryan have hardly sat still these past couple weeks...they go-go-go. They get into everything cupboards, drawers, the love squirting lotion, spraying hairspray bottles, everything they are not suppose to touch. Randy has been busy at UPS being this is the busiest time of the year, he also got the flu very bad, but hopefully he will be feeling better soon. I have been sick too but there is always someone that needs me, I'm happy that I haven't been stuck in bed and am able to keep going.
We are also getting ready for Christmas, my favorite holiday. We will be spending Christmas Eve with my side of the family at my parents house. We will be sharing a quiet, sweet Christmas morning together, just us. Then, in the afternoon we will be spending the rest of the day with Randy's family. Also, Rick Cowger, a friend of the family will be spending Christmas with us this year and staying with my my brother, Jim. We wish you a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.
Don't forget Jesus is the reason for the season!
Here a few Prayer Requests that we have....
1. Ryan's asthma
2. Randy, Amy, Kaylee, and Isaac to get better quickly
3. Jane- a friend of mine whose daughter went to live with her dad, that the Lord will touch and heal this hurting family, also for Jane's pregnancy with Little Grace.
4. The Dunn Family- also have had influenza, that they would feel better soon.
5. Chrissy- A friend that is very busy in her new marraige and with her children, and their new little one on the way. That the Lord will bless their new family.
Please e-mail us any request that we can pray for and share on our page for others to pray for too.
