Responsibilities
Candidate will be responsible for managing the design, implementation, evaluation, and maintenance of a complex IT initiative for the U.S. Marine Corps. Will be responsible for coordinating the development of a web-based client management system concurrently with an extensive deployment of tablet pc interface technology.
Qualifications
Candidate must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related discipline,
7+ experience in IT engineering environment, and 1-2 years of project management experience. Candidate must possess excellent oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills. Must possess extensive familiarity with classified and unclassified networks,
Windows NT/2000, SQL, VB.NET, ASP.NET, Adobe, Microsoft Office, and C++. Must have the ability to assess the needs of the client and responsively fulfill those needs. An understanding of interactive and interpretative data management systems is a must. Military or legal background a plus. Position will require ability to obtain and maintain a top-secret security clearance.

Responsibilities
Candidate will be responsible in developing a centralized IT procurement function, utilize a collaborative style in working with the individuals across the project team. Candidate will also be responsible for researching and negotiating hardware, software and/or support services contracts with vendors. Additionally duties will required researching computer vendors to purchase various IT systems equipment, software, mainframe, midrange computer and maintenance contracts in accordance with consultation with the project team.
Qualifications
Candidate must have a minimum of 3 years experience in corporate, cross-divisional technology acquisition, with substantial amount of IT support services contracting and acquisition management. Bachelor’s degree required. Analytical, fact-based business plan development experience required. Military or legal background a plus. Position will require ability to obtain and maintain a top-secret security clearance.

Programmer / Web Developer
Responsibilities
Candidate will be responsible for the development, implementation, and integration of a client data management database initiative for the U.S. Marine Corps. Position will further require the design and deployment of a web portal interface for the database, as well as integration of smart-card software with the database management system. Additionally, candidate must integrate tablet pc technology for large-scale deployment as a interface tool for the client management system on a global scale.
Qualifications
Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a minimum of
3 years equivalent work experience. Must possess extensive experience with Windows 2000/NT, classified and unclassified networks, SQL, VB.NET, ASP.NET, Adobe, Microsoft Office, and C++. Experience with tablet pc technology is a plus. Position will require the maintenance of a top-secret security clearance.

Network Engineer
Responsibilities
Candidate will be responsible for the integration of a database management system and its associated web portal onto the existing Marine Corps Enterprise Network. Position will further require the integration of a large number of tablet pc users onto the network via both classified and unclassified networks.
Qualifications
Candidate must possess a minimum of 5 years network engineering experience. Experience in both classified and unclassified military networks a must. Candidate must further possess extensive knowledge of Windows NT/2000, IIS, SQL, and ASP.NET. Position will require the maintenance of a top-secret security clearance.

Evaluator / Trainer
Responsibilities
Candidate will be responsible for testing and evaluation of a client management database system for the U.S. Marine Corps. Position will further require the training of indigenous Marine Corps personnel on the use and maintenance of the system.
Qualifications
Candidate must possess a minimum of 5 years system evaluation experience and
5 years IT training experience. Must have strong oral and written communication skills. Must be extremely familiar with Microsoft Office. Prior military or legal background a plus. Position will require the maintenance of a secret security clearance.
