Darren and Daniel met about four years ago after Daniel put an
advertisment in Brisbane's "Time out" magazine. The advertisment was for a
lead vocalist in a band. Darren was one of many to audition and they instantly
clicked. They stayed in that band (which was called "Red Edge") for about a
year (working each other out, they say). Then they went together to start writing their own music.
After about 8 months they sent out 150 demo tapes and never doubted that
they would get a record deal, and they did!!!
