~Bilbo

Meet Bilbo, my 3 year old cockatiel.  I named him after Bilbo Baggins, the Hobbit in J.R.R. Tolkein's books.

Like me, he too, is addicted to online chatting and can imitate all of the ~laugh out loud~ gestures I've got, including several of my native flute gestures and many more.  He whistles "Popeye the Sailor Man," his favorite song; mimics the sound of the microwave and phone numbers on a touch tone phone; he can bark just like my dogs (~lol~) and of course he says, "Bilbo's such a pretty boy"!

When I got him, he was 4 weeks old and had been hand-fed, so he's extremely tame, not to mention amuzing.  When he's not in his cage, which sits behind my pc on the dinning room table, he's sitting on my shoulder at my pc imitating the sound of the keyboard and gestures used in VP Chat.

He's the sweetest little bird alive, and I'm truly blessed to have him in my life.
