01-21-1999 Get the Official Trower Power Newsletter for inside info, concert dates, news, Trower CD pre-sale offers, and special newsletter CD while they last (Try E-mailing LASTARS to see what the current offer is), you need to E-mail your Name and Residence/Postal Address to: lastars@aol.com to get a free issue of the Trower Power Newsletter. Tell them that you came from Gary Larson's web site. Repeat: To get a free issue of Robin Trower's Official Trower Power Newsletter in the mail to your home, send your NAME and SNAIL MAIL ADDRESS to: lastars@aol.com .You can also e-mail Robin's management about local venues you would like to be included, if possible, in future tours.

12-15-98 The new Trower Power Newsletter arrived and it says that a 1999 tour is being booked and it gave tentative tour dates.The second big news from the Trower Power Newsletter (click for info about how to subscribe to the Trower Power Newsletter) is that a New Robin Trower CD is being released and it is not the best of remastered "From Earth Below, The Best Of Robin Trower". It's a live 2 CD set tentatively titled "This Was Now" with two full shows from 1998 and 1974. Subscribe to the Official Trower Power Newsletter to pre-order "This Was Now" and other Robin Trower CDs.

On 7-2-98 I asked LASTARS the following question:Q:Will new subscribers to the Trower Power newsletter receive the interview/music CD with a new subscription? A:"Yes. At present, because there has only been one newsletter, new subscribers get a package with the first letter, and the CD". 6-23-98 The LA radio interviewer on the Trower Power CD has been identified as none other than Mr.KABC. The interview took place at 11PM on Monday June 16 1997 in Los Angeles, CA. Check here for a photo of Robin Trower hangin' with Mr.KABC.

 

3-4-98 The Trower Power Interview CDs have SHIPPED. They contain:

The note that shipped with the CD apologizes for the wait, and states that the story of the interview CD and the 98 tour dates(it will start mid April in Florida) will be included in the March 98 Trower Power Newsletter.

1997 Trower Power Interview CD delayed for remastering. Acoustic piece with Robin & Chris Difford(anyone with info on Chris Difford e-mail me) will be left out (hopefully to be released later).

1997 Get a free issue of Robin Trower's Official Trower Power Newsletter in the mail to your home by sending your NAME and SNAIL MAIL address to LASTARS. Robins management hopes to send subscribers to the newsletter a interview cd with music from the 1997 tour before Christmas.
