We are not on tour right now. We were just in Australia in Oct. with local bands for support. We are getting ready to go out on a package tour for the spring(beginning in March) with The Reverend Horton Heat, and Royal Crown Revue. Who are your major influences and can you tell us the first punk record you owned?
The first punk record I bought was Bad Religion "No Control" who are also an influence along with, Minor Threat, Black Flag, Descendents, Fugazi etc..

Best fast food restaurant?
The best fast food restaurant is Del Taco or In-N-Out Burger.

The greatest show you ever played at? and with whom?
Probably the greatest show we ever played was in Houston. It was for a radio station, so there were a lot of different bands on the show, Bush, The Catherine Wheel, Phunk Junkeez, No Use For a Name and more I can't remember. Anyway, They sold cheap tickets for the lawn area so it was filled and the seats close to the stage were empty. And during our set we practically started a riot by having about 10,000 people run down from the grass into the empty seated area, completely pissing off the security and show promoters. It was great fun.

Who came up with the name Face to Face? Is there a hidden meaning behind the name?
I really don't remember who exactly came up with the name. We were all sitting around trying to come up with names and someone suggested it, and we all thought it was cool. Sorry no hidden meaning behind the name, but feel free to make one up if you want.

What is your favorite pre-80's sitcom? Favorite episodes?
My favorite pre-80's sitcom(s) are: Bewitched, The Brady Bunch, Gilligan's Island, and The Munsters.

What do you guys do for fun while touring or in your spare time?
When we're on tour I spend a lot of time playing Nintendo64 and Playstation. We try to see as many movies as we can. I also like to look for vintage clothes and pin-up art, old magazines and comic books.

If you guys were wrestlers in the WWF, who would you be and why?
I don't know anything about WWF so I don't know.

Favorite hobbies? Play sports?
I golf and Chad surfs but we are, generally speaking, pretty athletically inept.

How many records have you released? and any last words?
We have 3 full length studio albums and a bunch of 7-inchs and comps. For a full list write us or e-mail us. You should be able to buy our records anywhere. Our first full-length live album will be out on Jan 27th on my new record label Lady Luck Records and Vagrant Records so check it out.

Thank you Face to Face for the great interview.
