Rothman is like the head of an organization. Unlike some of the other
theories where he is a cannibal, I would say that they are only partially
right. Rothman is the leader of an organization. This organization believes in
the torture and horrifying of innocent victims. When he says that it is
supposed to be religious, he means that the torturing is supposed to be done
with a passion. I agree with the him checking on the other families around
the world. When they said that Vilmer works for him, I think that it had ran
in the family for a long time and that it was sort of a family "tradition." I
also believe that Rothman feels that after the person has been tortured and
killed, then they should be eaten. I also theorize that Rothman does not
like Vilmer's style of torture. He finds it primitive. That's why Rothman
treats him like a child. Rothman perfers a more sophisticated way of torture.
