Downtown Toronto, 1926
An aerial view of downtown Toronto, looking north in 1926. The original Union Station is the long, arched-roof building in the middle, and Yonge Street is the throughfare immediately to its left. The bridge one block to the west of the station carries BAY cars to the Docks.

Bay bus map
Due to railway viaduct construction and the closing of the bridge over the railroad tracks, a new BAY bus route is inaugurated from the south end of the Bay Street bridge, via Bay and Queens Quay to York Street. Service is provided Monday through Saturday from 6:30 a.m. to 11:30 p.m., with no Sunday or Holiday operation. (Presumably passengers had to make a "walking transfer" from the corner of Bay and Front streets.)
