December 1st, 1941

Inauguration of new bus route along Eglinton Avenue, from Gilbert Loop to a wye at Weston Road. Operated six days a week during rush hours, by the Toronto Transportation Commission for the Township of York.

April 5th, 1943

Afternoon rush service commences at 2:00 p.m. instead of 4:00 p.m. (except Saturdays, when the p.m. rush hour occurred at noon.)

October 2nd, 1944

Daily service increased, operating from 6:25 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., six days a week. Sunday and holiday service provided from 10:00 a.m. until 9:00 p.m.

November 26th, 1945

Evening service extended from 9:00 p.m. to 12:00 midnight, seven days a week.

April 1st, 1949

Effective this date, extended east during rush hours from Gilbert Loop via Eglinton Avenue and Caledonia Road to connect with the ROGERS car line, looping clockwise via Corby Avenue, McRoberts Avenue and Rogers Road.

July 1st, 1949

Saturday rush hours extension between Gilbert and Rogers discontinued this date.

June 30th, 1954

Last day of operation: replaced the next day by an extension of the JANE bus.
