Hamilton Street Railway Trolley Coach Roll Sign
This listing came from a 700-series Canadian Car & Foundry trolley coach. It includes the BURLINGTON route, which was converted to diesels well before the rest of the system was dismantled in the late 1980s. The destinations that are on a maroon background are for short turn loopings. The reason that "Parkdale" is in grey on the CANNON - PARKDALE exposure is that it is blanked out on the sign.
KING, CANNON and BARTON are routes 1, 2 and 3, respectively. Route 4, which runs along Burlington Street is now called BAY FRONT.
