So, what IS FRIENDS about??
SO, what IS FRIENDS about, anyways?? Well, let me tell you right now,
if you are at this site, you BETTER know! But, since you clicked this I suppose you dont!
So, here is the basic rundown.
FRIENDS, a sort of spin off of Seinfeld, began in September, 1994. This is FRIENDS fourth season on NBC.
FRIENDS is about a group of 6, duh, friends, who hang out together, almost non-stop.
At the center of their little group is Monica Geller(Courteney Cox), who acts as a "group-mom." Monica works as a chef. She just quit a catering business she ran with Phoebe. Then we have Ross, Monica's older brother, and the favorite of their parents. Ross Geller (David Schwimmer), the paleontologist, was married when we met him, to a lesbian, and has a toddler named, Ben.
Next comes Rachel Green (Jennifer Aniston), Monica's high school bud, room-mate and best friend. Ross has been in love with Rachel "since like ninth grade typing." They began dating in 1995,
after many attemps on both parts to express feelings toward the other. They broke up on their one-year anniversary (valentines day) in 1996. But, then in 1997 they got back together agsin, for literally a day.
Until they had a fight (about the same thing as before, Ross cheating on Rachel) and broke up. So far in 1998 they are each single. Rachel works as an assistant at Bloomingdales after quitting a waitress job at CENTRAL PERK.
Next is Phoebe (Lisa Kudrow), or Pheebs, Buffay, Monica's OLD room-mate. Pheebs is a hippie, vegetarian, earthy person. She is also an unpaid folk singer at CENTRAL PERK.
Phoebe recently got fired from her job as a masseuse. She then started a rather short lived catering business with Monica. Across the hall is Chandler Bing (Matthew Perry), he's the sarcastic one. No ones actually sure what his job is, not even the other FRIENDS, we only know that it is somewhere along the lines of
a computer programmer, he works in an office and with a WENUS and an ANUS. Chandler's room-mate is Joey Tribbiani (Matt LeBlanc). He is a ditzy actor. He is clueless to most things, and loves the books Little Women and The Shining.
So, there you have it, the FRIENDly story of FRIENDS.
