The only way we're going to change
anything is if we have the support of other people. So we'd
appreciate any help you can give us. Below is a list of
things we're asking people to do:
- Turn over the tabloids: Whenever
you're shopping in any major store (supermarket,
department store etc.) there are always magazine racks
with tabloids in them sitting by the cash register. We're
begining a campaign to turn them around so that their
back faces out. This discouraces people from buying them,
hides the invasive photos and shows that we won't
tolerate being bombarded with the tabloid media
anymore.
- Add our banner to your site: Below
you will find an HTML fragment to add to your web page
that shows you support us. This banner will link back to
our page. You can put it at the top, bottom or where ever
else you want. If you decide to put the banner on your
page, please let us know - we'll be compiling a list of
sites supporting us and adding a links page of them. The
banner will look like this:
