I like to make my own graphics, but don't have the cash for a good graphics program, so I am looking for a good warez address or a good shareware or freeware program.

Here Are Some Free Drawing Programs:

Cool 3D
I recomend Cool 3D. It is what I used to make the titles such as Graphics at the top of this page. It can be used for animation too. You can make your logos spin or whatever. I got the demo a while ago. Maybe it is still available. It is a tad slow, but I just had the demo, maybe the real program works better.

POV-Ray
This Program is so cool! I have been fiddling around with it and after taking the tutorial, I was able to make some pretty cool pictures. It is a ray tracing program. If you want a better explaination go to the page.
