Exeter Cathedral

In September Jon and I made a trip to Exeter Cathedral in Devon.  It's a nice day out!

Jon and I crashing out on the lawn out front.
It's a nice sunny day!

My touristy pose out front.

The flying butresses on the side.

The nave.  Exeter Cathedral is said to have the longest uninterrupted vaulting.

A mirror was available to look at the vaulting without getting a crick in your neck from looking up.

Jon confronts God.

The clock (c. 1485).  The sun and moon revolve around the earth to show the time.

The chapel of Our Lady, begun in 1270.
