This is my method for hypnosis. It usually works if you do it right. The best people to get hypnotized will sleep deep and do wierd things like talk or walk in thier sleep, but it is possible to hypnotize anyone. Before you hypnotize the person you must explain to them what hypnosis is. It is an altered state of cociesness. It is possible to wake your self up at any time if you desire to. The hypnotist can not make the person being hypnotized do anything against thier moral standards. Hypnosis isn't something that just happens, you have to want to be hypnotized.
Spoken to subject-
I want you to close your eyes. Now take five deep breaths (wait for subject to finish then continue). Now I want you to keep up this breathing pattern throughout this sesion of hypnosis.I want you to concentrate on three things. Your breathing pattern, staying relaxed, and on my voice. Your subconcious mind will listen to my voice and follow all my suggestions. I want you to block out all other sounds but my voice hearing only on my voice. I want you to tense up all your muscles and I will count down from 10 every number getting more relaxed. When I reach 0 you will be completely relaxed. 10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1, 0. You are now completely relaxed. You feel arelaxing feeling go through you. It goes through your feet, your ankles, your shins, your knees, your thighs, your hips. your stomach, your chest and your shoulders. It now goes through you biceps, your elbows, your hands, all the way to your fingertips. Now it goes back up through your arms making you even more relaxed. The feeling now goes through your neck, and up through your head, relaxing all the face muscles to the top of your scalp. I am now going to count down from 100, every number I count down will take you deeper into hypnosis. When I reach 0 you will be completely hypnotized, letting your concious mind surrender to your subconcious. You will not want to fight the felling of hypnosis, you will just let it happen (now count down from100). You are now completely hypnotized. You like this feeling. It seems to you the deeper you go the more it will benifit you. I will now tell you a story. You will imagine you are in this story still following all my suggestion. You are at the edge of a forest. You like this forest. It makes you relaxed. You realize this forest represents hypnosis, the center being the deepest state of hypnosis possible for you to reach. You want to go to the center of the forest. You want to go deep into hypnosis. Off in the distance you see a glow. It is a relaxing glow. You want to go to it. Every number I cound down represents a step towards the glow, towards the center of the forest, each step taking you deeper into hypnosis. 20, 19, 18, 17, 16, 15, 14, 13, 12, 11, 10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1, 0. You now reach this glow. You realize this glow is coming from a pond. You stick your toe in and realize it is now completely relaxed. You decide to go in all the way. The feeling goes through your feet, you ankles, your shins, your thighs, your hips, you stomach, your chest, your arms,your neck and your head. You realize this water is special. You can breath under it. You are now completely relaxed. As you come out of the water you realize that you get twice as relaxed as when you went in. You are now twice as relaxed as when you went in. Off in the distance you see a bench. You want to go to this bench. Every number I count down you will take a step towards the bench, towards the forest, going deeper into hypnosis. 15, 14, 13, 12, 11, 10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1, 0. You are now at the bench. You sit down on this bench, becoming more relaxed. You look into the sky and see one single cloud. This cloud drops altitude and stops right next to your left arm. It wraps around your left arm and pulls it up in the air. Your arm is now actually rising. It goes higher and higher. You like this feeling. It keeps going up. And now it is gently set down (if thier arm went up it means it is working). The cloud leaves. You get up from the bench, becoming more relaxed. Up ahead is a door. You know once you walk through this door you will be in the center of the forest. Every number I count down you will take a step closer to the center of the forest, going deeper into a state of hypnosis. 10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1, 0. You are now at this door. When you walk through this door you will be in as deep a state of hypnosis as possible and you will be open to my suggestion. As I count down from 5 you will go through this door, when I reach 0 you will be open to all of my suggestion. 5, 4, 3, 2, 1, 0. When I snap my fingers you will awake. When I place my hand on your forehead you will return to this state of hypnosis. When you wake up you won't remember your name (now snap, ask them thier name, and if they can't remember put your hand on thier forehead. You can now give them your own suggestions, but remember to say "when I snap my fingers you will awake. When I place my hand on your forehead you will return to this state of hypnosis." Also remember to take away suggestions, like say "you will no longer forget your name" or whatever, or it will still be there when you wake them up again.)
