  • WWII - Ralph White selected images,1940-45
    20 b & w and coloured enlargeable thumbnails reproducing this American artist's student and soldier art produced during the war. From 1939-1942 he was an art student in Minneapolis,Minnesota but was drafted into the US Army in 1942. He became an officer,instructor and test pilot for the USAAF by war's end. After the war he continued his art education and shortly thereafter beacme an art teacher at a university. A fine set of images not typically seen in such breadth.
