This was a very popular double LP album, and you can find many versions of it on LP and CD. However, the original 45 EP picture cover versions are very, very elusive. I'm still trying to complete my collection of them. This particular picture cover EP contains the tracks "All Through the Night," "It's Delovely," "Anything Goes," and "I Get a Kick Out of You." MF plays on the tracks "All Through the Night" and "Anything Goes," recorded 2/8/56 at Capitol Studios in Hollywood. Great jazz, at the height of Ella's career. The Bregman band swings!
COPY #1. The cover on this copy shows some record ring wear, front and back, and there's maybe an 1/8" seam split at bottom right, but it's still a very nice cover -- EX+. The labels look like they're brand new, and the vinyl is a superb NMINT+!!! A super nice copy. $13.00.

Recently we discovered that MF recorded some tracks with Ella that we never released on an LP! The track A Beautiful Friendship is just such a track, recorded 3/27/56 with the Buddy Bregman Orchestra. Wow! It's amazing what Maynard turns up on!

I'm still trying to complete my collection of them. This particular picture cover EP contains the tracks "Bewitched," "Mountain Greenery," and "Wait Till You See Her." Maynard plays on the track "Mountain Greenery". An elusive and fantastic little EP.
COPY #1. The cover on this copy is ultra clean and nice. From the front, it looks NMINT+. On the back, it's also nice, but there's a pea-sized scrape approximately in the middle of the cover. Still, it's so nice, it deserves a NMINT rating, even with this one small flaw. The vinyl is ultra clean and nice, with just one small scuff that doesn't affect play. It's likewise NMINT. Overall, this is a super, NMINT copy. $14.00.

COPY #1. This copy is missing the original picture cover. I picked it up anyway because the vinyl is a clean and nice NMINT, with perfect labels. I figured that someone would want this to replace a poorer disc or just for the great music. Due to the missing cover, it's just $3.00.

This was a very popular double LP album, and you can find many versions of it on LP and CD. However, the original 45 EP picture cover versions are very, very elusive. I'm still trying to complete my collection of them. This particular picture cover EP contains the tracks "There's a Small Hotel," "My Romance," "Give it Back to the Indians," and "I Didn't Know What Time it Was." MF plays on the track "Give it Back to the Indians," recorded 8/28/56 at Capitol Studios, Studio B, in Hollywood. Don't expect any "screaming" on this track, as it's pretty-much a harmon-muted orchestral backing of Ella. Nevertheless, what GREAT music!
COPY #1. The cover on this copy is pretty-much average, with some minor staining and surface wear, and some spine splitting and cracking. It's just VG. The vinyl is the same, VG, with some visible surface marking, and some background noise throughout. Overall, this copy is just VG. $6.00.
COPY #2. The cover on this one has some of the typical record ring wear on both the front and back. Otherwise, it's in great shape. EX. The vinyl is a clean and shiny NMINT-. Overall, let's call this copy EX+. $10.00.
