• Star Trek 4 When Kirk and Scotty are in New York a 1980/81 LeBaron cab almost runs them over. You see another Diplomat or Gran Fury cab driving in the background after selling the glasses.

  12 Monkeys James and Kathryn are driven around in a Diplomat cab while the animals are roaming around the city.

• 48 Hours Right after Jack gets Eddie out of jail and they're driving down the street in the Cadillac Convertible there is a Chrysler New Yorker parked on the opposite side of the road. The parking garage at the police station has SEVERAL Diplomats lined up side-by-side and in the scene that follows, and a few after there are Diplomats parked outside aswell. In another scene when Jack and Eddie are chasing the guy who took Eddie's dusty car on foot they run by a tan 77-79 LeBaron coupe.
• Armageddon at the point when everything starts going bad you see a yellow 90's Chevy Caprice taxi and beside it you then see a yellow Plymouth Gran Fury taxi.
• Back to the Future II When Marty returns to the alternate 1985 and wanders around the neighbourhood, he passes by an abandoned, destroyed police Diplomat. The left tail light is dangling, a close look reveals that it is actually just the lense while the main part remains intact on the car.
• Bad Boys In the first half hour of the movie, Martin Lawrence is driving a Diplomat and Will Smith is sitting shotgun... NOTE: this is the ONLY Diplomat in the movie, all the other cops drive Crown Victoria's/Caprice classics.
• Basic Instinct Micheal Douglas also drives a brown 84 diplomat.
• Batteries Not Included In the beginning a Diplomat/Grn Fury police car is infront of the building after it is vandalized. At the end as the Riley's and others are driven back to the newly rebuilt building a black Fifth Avenue is parked on the street along with several marked and unmarked Diplomat/Gran Fury police cars. There are a few interior shots of the police car the Riley's are driven in and in one of the final outside scenes a construction worker is beside the front of the Fifth Ave (this shot shows the thicker door chrome of the fifth, yet it lacks the chrome around the side windows).
• Beverly Hills Cop 1 There are 2 Diplomat cop cars at the beginning of the movie.
• Beverly Hills Cop 2 The Seargents car is a Fifth Avenue and there are 2 brown unmarked Diplomats
• Black Dog When the truck is attacked by the two bikes and is trying to get rid of them a red 5th Ave passing by gets run off the road.
• Blind Date Bruce Willis's character is being chased by his dates ex-boyfriend who is driving a 5th Avenue. He and the car makes several appearances.
• Blues Brothers 2000 The Russian Mafia drive a Fifth Avenue while chasing Elwood, Mac, and Buster. Mac dumps a bag of drywall screws out the window which causes the poor Fifth to flip and roll several times scattering parts all over in the process.
• A Brady Bunch Sequal While the Brady kids are shopping the girls supposive natural father whistles for a cab when a yellow Diplomat one drive by.
• Bringing out the Dead Near the end Noel smashes the front and rear windows of a white Diplomat on the side of the road.
• Cadillac Man After Larry has shot up Turgeon Auto Sales a Gran Fury cop car pulls onto the lot. Several more follow and are seen parked along the road. There are also a few unmarked M-body cop cars. There is a good shot of the rear of one of these unmarked cars- it's a black car with tan interior and clearly shows that the tail lights are blacked out aswell.
• Chain Reaction red/white cab
• Child's Play At the very beginning of this movie a white Diplomat/Gran Fury cop car fires up, and squeals off with siren on. Seconds later it squeals around the corner and chases after a car. Later in the movie after Chucky pushes Maggie out of the window another M-body is parked in with several Caprices and Crown Vics on the street.
• Cop Land various Diplomats and Gran Furies.
• Crocodile Dundee II When Mick is coming out of the subway before he delivers the package of office supplies what looks to be a silver/light blue Diplomat or Volare station wagon drives by. Later on in the movie when he has the guy hanging off the edge of the building the cops pull up in a black M-body cop car.
• Deceived After Adrian is talking to her supposively dead husband he looks out the window of his mothers apartment to see her get into an M-body taxi.
• Die Hard near the middle of the movie, 2 FBI agents speed into a crime scene with a black 88/89 5th Ave with leather interior. It's only seen very shortly, but you can see the wheel's lock up and slide before it stops. Something that all 5th Ave owners are probably familiar with! :) There are also a few other m-body cop cars throughout the movie.
• Drag NetWhen they are driving to the Pagan a Diplomat cop car pulls them over. After their Ford blows up they are driving in a Diplomat taxi.
• Enemy of the State The bad guys escort Gene Hackman in a 1987(??) Fifth Avenue, which sounds pretty sweet as it drives away. Later, Gene Hackmann pretends to be sick and he steps out of the van to vomit all over the hood of the Fifth.Christian Donahue
• Eraser Several Diplomat/Gran Fury police cars appear in this movie.
• Exit Wounds During the chase when Boyd is on the motorcycle a Fifth Avenue backs up and cuts him off.
• Fast Money The crooked cops drive a very nice baby blue Diplomat in which the tear it up in this car...it handles like a dream around corners...
• Father's Day when they park their car at the marina after Robin Williams has 'driven for the first time', there is a black 5th Ave parked near the entrance.
• Ferris Bueller's Day Off A Gran Fury police car chases the LeBaron stsion wagon at the end.
• Forever Young Near the end right after Daniel (Mel Gibson) finds out that his lifelong friend is still alive the FBI storm around the corner with a brown Diplomat.
• Friday The 13th, Part 8: Jason Takes Manhattan Once they are in New York the two remaining students and teachers get into a Diplomat cop car. Rennie drives it and they crash head on into a brick wall. The poor Diplomat then bursts into flames.
• Ghost Busters Although not many, the odd blue Diplomat police cars appears in this movie.
• Good Burger a 5th Ave has it's front end destroyed with a delivery truck.
• The Good Son At the beginning of the 10 car crash, caused by Henry and Mark dropping a dummy off the bridge, a red Fifth Avenue is seen driving off the road. In one of the following scenes it drives back on the road, this time traveling in the opposite direction, and it's front right corner hits another car.
• The Hard Way All of the cop cars in this movie are Diplomat/Gran Furies, a very good mix of both marked and unmarked cars. Lots of good high-speed driving in Diplomats throughout this movie, near the beginning one gets completely stripped down by a gang in the ghettos. Look for quite a few scenes with Michael J. Fox driving them. The last scene where he drives is the best; he squeals away from a movie theatre and is speeding down the street when something occurs that makes him slam his foot on the gas and go even faster. This car ends it's life when it becomes air-borne, flips, and bounces off the ground (you can actually see the body twist at least twice while all of this is happening).
• Harry and the Hendersons When Harry trashes the TV's from the electronics store several M-body police cars arrive on scene.
• Honey, I Blew Up The Baby When Adam, the blown up baby, is heading towards LasVegas there are a few scenes with Diplomat/Gran Fury police car rears. Later on in the movie right after Adam looks over the casino and says "peek-a-boo" a black Fifth Avenue drives by. Lastly, at the end after Wayne shrinks 'mom' and Adam to normal size they are infront of 2 m-body police cars.
• Howard the Duck When they are questioning them at night, as they're walking to the building, you can see a few Diplomats in the background with their lights on.
• Iron Eagle There are two Diplomats in the whole movie, right at the beginning when Doug takes off in his Mustang a Diplomat tries to cut in front of him. Then as Doug is driving he flies around a Diplomat. Both are dark blue cars.
• Jerry & Tom There is a sand coloured Diplomat on their used car lot.
• Joe Vs. the Volcano At the very beginning of the movie Joe parks with a lot of run down looking cars at the factory. The one infront of his is a Diplomat.
• Jumpin' Jack Flash (1986) Whoopi Goldberg, Jim Belusi. after Whoopi is dragged around town in the phone booth scene, Jim pulls up in an 80-81 Lebaron NYPD sedan, impersonating an officer. Whoopi rolls the window up with Jims arm stuck in it, then she puts the car into gear. the car is identifiable at this point via the tail lights.
• Last Action Hero When Danny and Jack are back in New York wih Benedict, Benedict gets into an M-body cab. Minutes later Jack and Danny are driving the cab and smash it into a caprice (the "m" is unhurt).
• Lethal Weapon 2 During a chase scene a red Fifth Avenue can be seen a few times.
• Look Who's Talking several Diplomat Cabs, also a Gran Fury gets smashed up.
• Mad Dog and Glory A grey Fifth Avenue is parked across the street from Wayne's apartment building during the fight between him and Frank over Glory.
• The Man With Two Brains In this movie Steve Martin drives a silver Fifth Avenue with dark landau roof and grey leather interior.
• Matilda The cops drive a silver police package which has a tan interior and white cop rims with dog dishes.
• Menace to Society The LA cops that beat up the two black guys drove a Diplomat. You can see it pretty clearly (the rear) when the cops dump the guys.
• Men At Work A Diplomat or Gran Fury cop car pulls over James and Louis's pick-up. Later on while Carl is trying to take the car the bad guys '77-'79 Cadillac Seville drives by and rips the door off. Car doesn't like this and in return takes the 'M' and slams into the Caddie. The rent-a-cops at the chemical plant drive a Gran Fury, this time Louis takes it. This one ends it's life when a bull-dozer drives over it.
• Midnight Run Several Diplomats throughout this movie; while Jack is on his way to Western Union to pick up his $500 the 'hired killers' are with him and John when Marvin pulls up in a Silver one. A while later the 3 of them are in the car driving down the highway when it gets shot at from a helicopter and ends up totalled in the ditch.When the cops arrive they have a marked Diplomat cop car, and later on in the movie there are several Diplomats in the crowd of Caprices and older Dodges which then go after Jack in the stolen truck.
• The Naked Gun 2 1/2 A white Diplomat or Gran Fury is parked alongside the road when the red van dragging Nordweg (played by OJ Simpson) pulls out of the alley. Several marked Diplomat/Gran Fury police cars are in the scene that follows.
• National Lampoons Christmas Vacation After Eddie kidnaps Clark's boss the cops pull up in Crown Vics and Diplomats.
• National Lampoons Loaded Weapon 1 After leaving Wilderness Girls Cookies when Colt is rolling in the street there is a very quick scene of the driver's side of a blue 70's Diplomat coupe that squeals to a stop. Seconds later the front of the car is shown as Colt rolls by it. At the end of the movie they get into an 86-89 Diplomat cop car. This is the only one in the whole movie, although there are several R-body St. Regis police cars. After the Colony Park and a yellow taxi blow up there is another yellow taxi in the background which is an M-body.
• National Lampoons Vacation Clark Grieswald (Chevy chase) at the beginning of the movie, is trading in his old car. In the background of the dealership are several 5th Avenues which are seen in several shots.
• Niagara, Niagara Seth drives a Gran Fury police package. Marcy makes the comment that it's neat how it's like an undercover cop car and Seth says that maybe that's because it was a cop car and uncercover cars are older police cars. He goes on to say that everyone knows that cops only use Gran Furies. The car is grey with blue interior, has dog dish hub caps and a left spot light. The car gets shot at after they rob a pharmacy and later rolls down a cliff. The day after it's little mishap Walter, a junk yard owner, drives by and picks them up and tows the car back to his yard on it's roof!! They make friends with Walter and Seth gets a tour of the yard.Then they crush the poor Plymouth!! A while later in the movie a cop drops by looking for Seth and Marcy and says they were driving a 78 or 79 Gran Fury (yet the car is an 86-89 model).
• Nowhere to Run Several marked Diplomat and Gran Fury cop cars appear in this movie.
• Other People's Money After the limo pulls up to Garfield's office when returning from Rhode Island an M-body cab drives by.
• The Paperboy At the end of the movie Johnny is taken away in a Gran Fury police car.
• Physical Evidence A 'cop' gets scared breaking into a building and drives off in a black Diplomat. Later on Joe goes to the club and someone runs out and leaves in a dark blue Diplomat.
• Pink Cadillac After Tom (Clint Eastwood) drops off his second prisoner three m-body cop cars are sitting outside the police station as he drives off with his Fury/Monaco. While he's arresting Jack Bars an M-body cop car takes Jack away after the Fury is driven through tne casino window.
• Planes, Trains and Automobiles When Neil Page is chasing after the cab he just paid the guy $75 for a silver Fifth Ave is seen in the background. Later on in the movie after his little mishap with the rental car that wasn't there when Neil is talking to the guy in the parking lot an orange and grey Diplomat cab drives by in the background. A while later after he is re-accquainted with John Candy and they're driving in their now burnt up LeBaron convertible they get pulled over by a cop in a Diplomat for going 78mph. In the next scene when the LeBaron is pictured being towed past the front of the police station there are two more Diplomat/Gran Fury police cars infront of the building.
• Problem Child When Junior is driving the wrong way down the road, there is a very quick shot of the front and then rear of a 5th Ave. Later, just before he drives the Toyota through the window of the store, a 5th Ave passes by in the parking lot (possibly the same one).
• Quick Change Several scenes with Diplomat and Gran Fury police cars- At the beginning while Bill Murry dressed as a clown robs the bank two Diplomats pull up and later an unmarked car and several other Diplomat/Gran Furys arrive on scene. Later when his accomplise jumps out of the cab and hits the magazime stand the police cars and the unmarked car are on scene again, and also at the air port at the end. None of these cars get smashed up. The unmarked car appears to be a base model for it has no passenger side mirror.
• Runaway Car Two M-body cop cars follow behind Jenny as she crosses the state line. Some other ones are seen shortly after when she swerves off the road to avoid hitting the rig.
• Serial Mom In "Serial Mom" when everyone is running out of the church, you can see a gray Fifth Avenue backing out of a parking spot, but you have to have a good eye in order to catch this quick glimpse.
• She Devil An M-body police car is in the driveway after Ruth burns the house down. In the next scene a two-tone Plymouth taxi with power windows brings Ruth and the kids to Mary's house. Later on when Bob is arrested he's taken away in another M-body cruiser.
• Short Time A cop movie full of M-bodies. The car seen most in the first part of this movie is a red '86-89 Diplomat with blue interior. It's death comes when it's chasing a silver Pontiac. It gets smashed up, rolled, shot at, and then finally dies when the Pontiac hits it, flipping both cars over. It's replacement is a blue pre '86 model. At the beginning of this movie you hear a marked Diplomat gun it before it gets shot at and blown up. There are SEVERAL other spots in this movie that you can see M-body police cars, both sitting and in action.
• Silence of the Lambs Near the end when the FBI makes a bust you see the driver side headlights of a Dippy/Gran Fury.
• Sister Act has a few m-body cop cars aswell.
• Sixteen Candles LeBaron Wagon. Only seen a few times, it is parked in the driveway infront of the Olds 98 (which gets smashed up).
• Sleep Walkers A Diplomat cop car appears in this movie. Several close up shots and nice interior shots.
• Speed Zone During the entire movie M-body police cars are constantly chasing the Cannonballers. At the beginning of the movie a Plymouth runs into a roadblock, wrecking all 3 cars. There is also one Fifth Avenue, when the girls turn the traffic light red Charlie swerves into the oncming lane of traffic and turns left cutting off a white one. There are quite a few LeBaron police cars aswell, the first ones being in the lot with the rest of the police cars as the chief makes his speech.
• Terminator 2 A white 1980/81 LeBaron sedan is driving down the road and gets hit by a Liquid Nitrogen truck which is chasing the Terminator, John and Sarah. While there are quite a few police cars in this movie none are M-bodies.
• Tough Guys At the retirement home right after Archie and Harry take the Malibu Leon P. Little trips and is getting back up he looks to see a Diplomat cop car approaching (the screen shot is through is glasses). Near the end when Archie and Ritche are in the train and Leon has them at gun point several Diplomat cop cars are mixed in with Caprices when they arrive on scene.
• True Lies While the red & white corvette is parked on Simons used car lot a light blue Diplomat/Gran Fury is seen in the background. After Harry shoots down the helicopter in the city the remains land around an unmarked light blue Diplomat/Gran Fury and a marked cop car. Also at the end on the news coverage the 'unidentified pilot' is escorted to a grey Fifth Avenue with tan leather interior by federal agents (the rear of the car bottoms out as it drives off).
• U Turn The sheriff of Superior drives an '88 or '89 Diplomat equiped with an air bag.
• Village of The Damned-the version with Christopher Reeve and Kirstey Alley. In the end scene several Diplomat, LeBaron, and Gran Fury cop cars get shot up, along with all the cops.
• White Men Can't Jump While they're playing the $2,500 b-ball game a Fifth Ave drives by in the background.
• Who's the Man Has a Dip or GF marked cop car set up with low rider suspension.
• WitnessAfter John beats up the two guys picking on the Amish an M-body police car comes around the corner. After they are back at the farm two more M-body police cars are in a scene with several other older Crown Vics and Chevies.

• A Team In the episode "Breakout" when Hannibal is protecting the house the bad guys use the Diplomat as a shield to get into the house.
  Several other episodes also have Diplomats or Gran Furys and some also have Fifth Avnues.
• In the Heat of the Nightdet. Tibbs drives a light blue Diplomat/Grand Fury.
• Genie Excelerator Garage Door Opener Commercial Aug 2000- Jim backs out of his garage and drives off in a blue Fifth Avenue.
• Dallas On one of the easrlier episodes when JR tries to ship 1 million barrels of oil to Cuba Ray purposly hits an Olds and a Diplomat cop car arrives on scene.
• JR drives a red 5th Ave in the episode his son gets kidnapped in. One of JR's business plans comes back to haunt him and his family, causing him and Bobby to carry guns and the rest of the family to go on vacation. The car is seen near the end of the episode while he is driving into "Travel Town".
• Later on another 5th Ave, which is probably the same red car, is driven by Nicholas Pierce when he visits his parents to warn them their past has finally started to come back.
• Two episodes later, Nick and two mob members drive around in a black 5th Ave.
• The Equalizer Diplomat and Gran Fury police cars are pretty common in this show. Also seen in this show is a black Fifth Ave with grey interior.
• Hunter Several M-body cop cars appear in various episodes of this show. Some earlier episodes contain Fifth Avenues aswell.
  -High Bleacher Man- McCall is driven to the trailer park to see Hunter in a gold 5th Ave with grey leather interior. Later the 5th gets used as a shield in a gun fight, but doesn't get harmed until hunter climbs over the trunk. After Eldon's arrest Hunter and McCall get in it and drive to Nate's party to arrest him.
  -The Affending Angel- Every time they show the shot outside the station a silver Diplomat is parked there.
  -Renegade- This episode starts off with a high speed chase of a black 5th w/tan leather going after a BMW ad then Skylark. After Hunter's Fury is totalled he is offered a new car which happens to be a Diplomat. He's told 'it has a 350HP supercharged engine capable of doing 0-60 in 6.45 seconds. Hunter says 'UHU, what's wrong with that car over there? (pointing at a Fury just like his old one)' "it's the same car as yours. the engine is parked". Rick tells the guy to take the engine out of the Fury, take the engine out of the dip and put the engine from the dip into the fury.
  
• Knight Rider Episode in the movie lot- Michael and KITT drive by a silver 5th Ave and then a black 5th Ave which are parked along side a road with other Chrysler products. Moments after KITT plays poker an M-body cop car is parked in an alley, and finally a while later when he's talking to RC he dries by a 2-tone black/silver 5th Ave.
  
• LA Law episode where Sefwentes buys a BMW -there's a scene in the underground parking garage,Stewart (one of the partners) drives a 5th Ave (silver-red interior).
• Moment Of Impact A beat up white Fifth Avenue drives into a building and wrinkles everything in front of the windshield.
• Matlock In the episode where Matlock attends a class renuion, one class member is driving a red Fifth Avenue to his friend's house in the evening, just after a murder has occurred. A few minutes later the same Fifth Avenue is leaving that residence.

The FugitiveIn this episode of Matlock there are several Diplomat/Gran Fury police cars. In the last set of scenes they are standing around the courthouse parking lot trying one tire-iron on two identical Mercedes and 2 Diplomats are seen parked side-by-side.
Murder, She Wrote This show has m-body police cars aswell, and once in a while you also see undercover cars which bear the familiar names.
• TOPX- Drivin Passion In a line up of cars showing the big american models there is a front view of a LeBaron, a side view of the sedan, and then a rear view of the coupe.
• Seinfeld on the episode with the label maker (re-giving gifts) Kramer's car is parked in front of a 5th Ave when it gets towed away.
• On the episode when they are casting the "show about nothing" Jerry and George are passengers in the back of a Diplomat taxi. When George buys a LeBaron convertible supposibly owned by Jon Voit Kramer sees the real Jon Voit and chases him into a pre-86 M-body cab where he gets bit.
• Surviving the Moment of Impact 3 aired feb. 25, 99 on FOX TV Near the middle of this show, a Crown Vic Estate wagon makes a sudden lane change, cutting off a silver 88/89 5th Ave, which is then seen several seconds later loosing control with it's tires smoking immediately followed by a Lincoln which did a 180.
• Unsolved Mysteries in a story called "Lost Loves" a woman's dark blue 5th Ave with leather interior gets smashed up in a hit and run. A truck driver stopped and helped get her out and saved her life (as usual in that show).
• Mopar Jamie writes "One show that is missing is Miami Vice. Many M-Bodys in there. In the later episodes, Castillo drives a Gran Fury. I also remember the bad guys driving them as well, the one time they crash one is where a couple of guys try to catch Crockett in that ferarri. They drive under a Truck and the whole roof is smashed in. I also remember seeing a black air-bag equipped 5th ave somewhere in there as well."
