Post-Boot Legion Chronology

Note, the following chronology is incomplete, as I yet miss some issues and/or have yet to post their events.

• LSH #0: Intro Garth, Ayla and Mekt Ranzz, Rokk Krinn, Imra Ardeen, R.J.Brande, President Chu, Luornu Durgo.
  Assassination attempt on Brande, foiled by Rokk, Garth and Imra, who are recruited by Brande as the founding members of the LSH, as Cosmic Boy, Lightning Lad and Saturn Girl respectively.
  
• L*# 0: Intro Marla Latham, Tinya&Winema Wazzo, Gim Allon, James Cullen, Thom Kallor, Grimbor, Atmos, Jenni Ognats, Reep Daggle, Lyle Norg, Querl Dox, Rond Vidar.
  LoSH makes first UP debut, foils second assassination attempt w/help from Tinya and Luornu.
  Tinya and Luornu join as Apparition and Triad.
  Gim, James, Jenni, Reep, Lyle, Querl drafted by individual homeworlds into the Legion. Lightning Lad's codename changed to Livewire.
  
• LSH #62:Legionnaires mistake Chameleon for a villain. Cosmic Boy discovers leadership has been stripped from him by UP and given to Leviathan (Gim). Revealed Chameleon can't speak interlac (later revealed as a hoax).
  Intro Tangleweb.
  Kid Quantum is killed by Tangleweb, who escapes. Gim steps down as leader, returning the duty to Cos.
  
• L* #19:Intro Mano.
  Planet Angtu revealed decimated by chemical warfare, sole survivor is Mano. LSH captures Poderick Doyle, the flunky behind the assassination attempts. Kid Quantum's funeral is held.
  
• L* #21:Intro Work Force(Livewire, Ultra Boy, Spider Girl, Karate Kid, Inferno, Evolvo), Planet Hell.
  LSH go to Planet Hell to assess situation of inmates and access tube.
  
• L* #22:LSH and Work Force caught by rioting inmates of Planet Hell. Must fix planet's forcefield or all die.
  
• LSH #66:Intro Andromeda, Lume, Ion, Micro, Shrinking Violet, Kinetix, Gates.
  Andromeda, Kinetix, and Shrinking Violet join.
  Ion murdered by Micro who is aprehended by Violet.
  
• L* #23:Intro White Triangle.
  Lyle invents flight rings. Girls go for a night of dancing.
  
• LSH #67:Intro Dobe, Shadowstalker.
  Return of Tangleweb. First time LSH is split into teams based on individual merits and effectiveness. Triad neutral is beaten and hospitalized by the White Triangle.
  
• L* #24: Triad's origin.
  
• LSH 68: Intro Blig Rodzul the Composite man.
  LSH allies with Tangleweb's people and capture Tangleweb.
  
• L* #25: Ayla begins receiving gifts from secret admirer. LSH begins battling Composite Man.
  
• LSH #69: Saturn Girl sacrifices her sanity to defeat Composite Man.
  
• L* #26: Intro Aven.
  Chameleon's father's funeral is held. Apparition aids the Work Force in battling some White Triangle goons.
  
• LSH #71: Intro Tarn & Jan Arrah, Legion Espionage Squad, Trom.
  White Triangle destroys Trom.
  
• L* #28: Intro Murl Wazzo.
  Roxxas revealed as leader of White Triangle. Espionage captures some White Triangle goons.
  
• L* Annual #2: LSH & Work Force vs. White Triangle. Livewire rejoins LSH. Apparition dies. Andromeda fakes death and undergoes self-imposed imprisonment for culpability in White Triangle mess.
  
• LSH #72: Intro Dr. Zaxton Regulus.
  Funeral for Apparition and Andromeda. Ultra Boy quits Work Force. Pres. Chu allows no new members, and kicks Livewire back off team. Cosmic Boy throws first of many tantrums.
  
• L* #29: Intro Derek & Dirk Morgna.
  Brainiac 5 travels to 20th century to get a beer at "Warrior's". Dr. Regulus gives Dirk Morgna powers. Saturn Girl sees Valor's "ghost." LSH defeats Dr. Regulus.
  
• LSH #73: Valor's "ghost" again sighted. Livewire (believed to be Mekt) is arrested, then jailbreaked by Mekt. Mekt reveals plan to kill Livewire and Spark to steal their lightning.
  
• SBOY #18: Intro valor as "Champion".
  Valor and Superboy fight.
  
• SBOY #19: Knockout joins the fight. Valor succumbs to lead poisoning and is sent into the Stasis Zone by Superboy until a cure can be found.
  
• SBOY #21: LSH travels to 20th Century to save Valor. LSH and Superboy meet for first time. XS is lost in the timestream. LSH abducts Superboy to the 30th Century to save Valor.
  
• LSH #75: Intro Chronos, Ronald & Lori Morning.
  Chronos kills Ronald Morning, ages Lori. LSH battles, kills, Chronos. XS is trapped in the 20th Century. LSH HQ is destroyed.
  
• L* #32: Lori Morning aged to physical adulthood. LSH defeats revived Chronos and deposits him into timestream. Brainiac 5 arrested for illegal time travel.
  
• LSH #76: Intro Chuck Taine, Mysa the Hag.
  Chuck hired to rebuild HQ. Star Boy and Gates join. Time Institute is shut down. Valor leaves to explore the universe. Kinetix is rescued by Mysa.
  
• L* #33: Rond duplicates his files, and destroys the remaining files as the UP shuts down the Time Institute. Saturn Girl battles a brainwashed Element Lad. Starboy first displays new powers, starting with lightning-vision this issue. Mysa enlists Zoe to help her find the Emerald Eye.
  
• LSH #77: Intro Nara Minsork.
  Nara brought to Takron Galtos to probe Brainiac 5's mind. Brainiac 5's origin is revealed.
  
• L* #34: Vi discovers Jan's brainwashing. M'Onel smacks around the Gatherers. Mysa transforms Zoe. President Chu orders the Legionnaires to free the Fatal Five, and enlist them to battle the Sun Eater in return for full pardons.
  Intro Tharok, Validus, Persuader, Empress.
  
• LSH #78: Intro Empress, Validus, Persuader, Thanok.
  LSH sent by Pres. Chu to form Fatal Five in order to defeat the Sun Eater.
  
• LSH #81: Winema Wazzo becomes Vice President upon being goaded into it by Pres. Brande. Dirk Morgna goes on a rampage, blinds Element Lad being apprehended.
  
• LSH #82: Reveals Tinya's psyche still exists as a wraith linked to Ultra Boy.
  
• LSH #83: Leviathan and Regulus die battling each other.
  
• LSH #84: Intro Emerald Legion, Nura Nal.
  Inferno is fired from Work Force. Emerald Legion makes over Earth. The battle with the Eye comes to an explosive climax.
  
• L* #41: The gang recovers from Emerald Violet incident, learns that 1/2 team is trapped across time. Leviathan's funeral is held.
  

  From here the continuity of the titles splits. The LSH spotlights those Legionnaires that are trapped in the 20th Century, and L* telling the stories of those legionnaires who remain in their own time.
  

• SHOWCASE '96 #12: The 20th Century Legionnaires team-up with Brainiac 2 after Brainiac 5 releases Brainiac 1 (whew, that's a mouthful). They work together to defeat B-1. B-5 turns out to be the cause of Colu's 1000 year ban on inventing.
  
• Final Night #1-4: The 20th Cent. Legionnaires are included in this massive DC Crossover event, mostly as intellectual fodder for Lex Luthor, however, Ferro tries to sacrifice himself to destroy the SunEater but is rescued by Hal Jordan.
  
• LSH #86: (Final Night Crossover) Saturn Girl and Cosmic Boy share a public kiss.
  
• L* #43: Intro Dyrk Magz (Magno), Radion, Particon, Blast-Off, Brek Banin (Polar Boy), Lydda Jath (Night Girl), Jeka Wynzor (Sensor), Splitter (Arms Fall-Off Boy), Dragonmage, Umbra, Stone Boy (pictured only), Chlorophyll Kid (pictured only), Color Kid (pictured only).
  Legion Try-outs are held. Umbra, Magno and Sensor join.
  
• Impulse #21: Intro Koko.
  The team seeks help from Impulse to return to their own time. It isn't successful.
  
• L* #44: Intro Density, Tongue, Cherry Bomb and Phantom Lad (The Legion of Super Rejects).
  Lori Morning's birthday occurs, and Rond de-ages her as a birthday gift. The rookies uncover Mordru's empty tomb after defeating the rejects.
  
• LSH #88: The team adjusts to living in S.T.A.R. Labs, then Brainy (with Impulse's help) gets the team evicted after causing a near-catastrophe. Impulse tries to join and is rejected, but receives telepathic earplugs from Brainiac 5.
  
• L* #45: Lyle is elected Legion leader. M'Onel fights Emerald Violet, she escapes and leaves him for dead. Intro Mantis Morlo who battles the Legion and is defeated.
  
• LSH #89: The 20th Century Team moves in to the old JLA Cave HQ. Ayla throws a bit of a tantrum over Imra and Rokk's relationship.
  
• L* #46: Re-intro Laurel Gand as Sister Andromeda.
  Dreamer has a bad dream. Starboy shows off. M'Onel is rescued by S. Andromeda. Mysa and Dragonmage join forces. Chameleon and Sensor bond as buddies. Rond discovers that Lori still holds chronal energies. Mordru recovers all of his talismans except for the Emerald Eye.
  
• LSH #90: Dr. Psycho battles the Legion. Imra's mental blocks are destroyed.
  
• LSH #91: Both teams are trapped in the time stream during a rescue attempt. Lori steals the Hero Dial from a museum. Triad joins the team trapped in the past in order to save Cosmic Boy.
  
• L* #48: Intro Mordru.
  Mordru transmutes Element Lad, defeats the Legion, and destroys Sklar. Mysa abducts Kinetix.
  
• LSH #92: The team undergoes a mission in the 1950's as amnesiacs.
  
• L* #49: Intro Atom'x, Monstress, Kid Quantum 2, Insect Queen (The Amazers), Gas Girl, Duplicate Boy, The Legion of Substitute Heroes.
  Brande forms a UP Task Force against Mordru. Mordru attacks the Eye. The task force moves in. Atom'x slain by Mordru and the Eye. Vi becomes Veye, and agrees to become Mordru's consort.
  
• L* #50: The Task Force battles and defeats Mordru (with a small assist by Element Lad and Sister Andromeda). Mordru kills Blast-Off. Vi is supposedly freed from the Eye. Mysa is de-aged. Magno is stripped of his powers.
  
• LSH #94: Ferro makes new costumes for the team, but Inferno destroys them (except hers, which is fireproof). Tinya's dad is revealed to be from Carggg. The Legionnaires repossess Superboy's flight ring.
  
• L* #51: The aftermath of the all-out battle with Mordru. Radion and Particon quit Work Force. Monstress declares plans to join Legion. Magno begins dealing with possibility of power-loss. Vi accidentally uses growth powers.
  
• LSH #95: The Legion meets the Metal Men. Brainy makes his first apology of his life.
  
• L* #52: Vi has growing pains, is revealed to have taken Leviathan's powers. R.J. revealed to be a telepath. Magno leaves for Braal and hopes for a cure.
  
• LSH #96: Inferno quits and runs away. First hint of a connection between Apparition and Phase. Imra revealed to have been subconsciously controlling Rokk for weeks.
  Jo Nah and Tinya Wazzo marry.
  
• L* #53: Intro Pol Krinn
  Monstress joins and becomes fast friends with Sensor. Lori uses the Hero Dial to do some adventuring. Magno returns to Braal.
  
• LSH #97: Spark loses her lightning powers and gains gravity-reduction powers. The Legion battles Mantis.
  
• L* #54: Amnesiac Legionnaires do battle in the 1940's.
  
• LSH #98: Brainiac 5 combines the Metal Men's Doc. Magnus (Veridium) with a Mother Box from New Genesis and creates C.O.M.P.U.T.O.
  C.O.M.P.U.T.O. gets angry at concept of being shut down and decides to kill lest it be killed, it takes control of Triad. Apparition meets Phase.
  
• L* #55: The Composite Man returns and is defeated by Lori and Element Lad.
  
• LSH #99: The fight against C.O.M.P.U.T.O. continues and is joined by Robin, Impulse and Superboy. C.O.M.P.U.T.O. takes control of Cosmic Boy. Apparition and Phase unwittingly combine.
  
• L* #56: Intro Dark Circle.
  M'Onel saves the people of Sylvan from the Khunds. Magno returns as permanent monitor room attendee. M'Onel saves Daxam from the Khunds.
  
• LSH #100: Guest stars a whole slough of 20th C. heroes. Apparition's origin is revealed. C.O.M.P.U.T.O. is defeated and the Legion returns home to the 30th C., joined by Ferro and Koko.
  story two: Ferro gets a morale boost from Chameleon.
  story three: Outpost Allon is dedicated.
  story five: Sister Andromeda discovers the space anamoly.
  

  From here the continuity of the titles recombines.
  

• Green Lantern #98: Intro Wren, super-villain team Green Lantern Corps.
  Kyle Raynor is transported to the 30th C. and helps the Legion battle the Green Lantern Corps.
  
• Green Lantern #99: Wren helps kyle and Legion defeat the GL Corps. Brainiac 5 sends Kyle ten years too far back in time.
  
• L* #57: Imra confronts Dr. Aven over tampering with her mind. Dark Circle begins making its move, attempts an assassination on R.J.Brande.
  
• LSH #101: Ayla risks all to regain lightning powers, dies, is revived, regains lightning powers.
  
• L* #58: Ferro's Origin.
  
• L* #60: Sensor, Chameleon and Spark involved in a scandal. Karate Kid quits Work Force. Karate Kid and Kid Quantum II join the Legion. Chameleon and Sensor leave on seperate personal business.
  
• LSH #106: Dark Circle Rising part 2.
  Intro Kono.
  Composite Man assassinates one of the Presidents Arn of Winath, framing Chameleon.
  
• L* #63: Dark Circle Rising part 3.
  Various Legionnaires go undercover as science police to "arrest" Chameleon.
  
• LSH #107: Dark Circle Rising part 4.
  Brainiac 5.1 takes down the Composite Man with the help of the Colu sleepnet.
  
• L* #64: Dark Circle Rising part 5.
  A.P. attacks U.P. fleet over Durla. Entire universe are temporily frozen save those secretly pretrained by the Time Trapper. Composite Man gives his life to restart time. Lori seen wearing robes similar to Time Trapper's, possibly a hint that she's Glorith. Tenzil discovers her Hero Dial.
  
• LSH #108: Dark Circle Rising part 6.
  Cosmic Boy confronts and angers the Time Trapper. Brainy meets his mother, who then reveals herself to be the Dark Leader and tries to kill him.
  
• L* #65: Everyone, even Gates, tries to lift Brainy's spirits. Star Boy developes yet another new power-- flame breath. Leejah is chosen as Durla's new spiritual leader.
  
• LSH #109: Vi confronts the Emerald Eye and asks Chuck out on a date.
  
• L* #66: Intro Jaques Foccart, Charma.
  Origin of Charma, Jaques, and Lyle. Lyle defeats Charma with Jaques' help. Vi and Chuck have their date.
  
• L* #1 million: Intro Brainiac 417, the M'Onelves, Implicate Girl, Titan Girl, the Chameleon, the Umbra, Cosmicbot, the Wildflame, Dreamer, all of the 853rd C.
  
• LSH #1 million: Titan revealed to be the team's traitor.
  
• LSH #110: Intro Thunder, mad anti-magic scientist fanatics.
  Thunder's origin revealed. Shazam rock destroyed. Thunder joins team. First appearance of team after being split between two HQs.
  
• L* #67: Element Lad, Ferro and Star Boy team up to rescue a child trapped in a cave-in during a heist committed by Kono. Star Boy loses control of his powers again, and Ferro is pseudo-adopted by the boy's family.
  
• LSH #111: (The issue I've been waiting months for) M'Onel and Thunder are taken over by some super-villain types bent on destroying all off-worlders, and are defeated by Karate Kid -- who tries, and nearly succeeds, to kill M'Onel lest he kill innocents. Garth also whines to Imra about sticking him with the Outpost group, and butts heads with Magno.
