Is it true that Sathya Sai Baba says that he is God, Come as man?,,, What is an Avatar?

This is true, but then he also says thatwe are all sparks of divinity, living in a world that is in essence divine. However, he is aware of his reality, God; we are not. God come as man is an Avatar. An Avatar is a descent of God into human form. In India Rama and Krishna are regarded as Avatars; many Indians also revere Jesus as an Avatar.
