Ad raps and plays, bass, keyboard, and drums. Theo raps, plays guitar, trumpet, and runs the samplers and drum machines, RJ raps plays the spoons, and dances.

Slaughta Ya Otta was formed in 1997 the in halls of Mayfield Secondary School near Brampton. A horny and nieve Theo Markou, met a horny and stupid Ad Earle. Then nothing happened for a few years, then they started playing songs together as Slaughta Ya Otta. They played five chord punk songs with names like, "Drew Barrymore", "Drew Barrymore part 2", "You Smell Like Plastic", "I Smell Like Plastic", "Theo Smells Like Poo", "Ad Lost His Nose In The Vietnam So He Doesn't Know That He Stinks", and "I Feel Like Peeing In Joe's Diet Coke And Then Video Tape Him Drinking It". However, a two piece punk band with backing tapes of a drum machine didn't gel well with the hardcore punk crowd at Sexfest '69, an underground punk party held by Jeff-Co Productions in Caledon East. They decided to give up, and go their separate ways. Ad started a group called Smells Like A New House, and Theo became a porn collector. Then S.Y.O got back together, but this time as an punk and old school rap band with the addition of RJ from Smells Like A New House. Now we have a web site.
