The term refers to the fact that God/Infinite Consciousness has given humanity the choice as to how to live their lives and the potentiality of us making the right choice through, and by, the exercise of free will, in overthrowing Satan's Veil of Unknowing and his associated instuments of illusion and delusion (maya) and thereby creating, of our own free will, "heaven on earth", as it might be called.
