The term refers to those fields/dimensions/particles (as per QUFD - Quantum Unitary Field Dynamics) that do pervade the Cosmos, ranging from infinitesimality to Infinity, from the microcosmic to the macrocosmic, and which is the source of all sentience/Life that does exist (of all kinds) as well as may be termed "All That Is". When such awareness of consciousness is made with an immature mind, this is known merely as "mechanical" consciousness and is limited to that individual's (s)elf, but when it is perceived by the Self/Soul of the individual, it can extend unto all dimensionalities of QUFD existence.
