The term refers to another of Satan's aspects of his Veil of Unknowing. By comparison, those of humanity of immaturity of mind, who are so inculcated to "consume" the resources of existence and Life, are thusly known as consumers. Those of mature mind, without Satan's influences predicating their responsibilities to others and all, are known instead as "users", in that they KNOW how to "use" a resource in a manner which does not consume that resource but, in fact, does increase that resource's existence and usability for all.
