The term refers to Satan's "programming" of humanity, in the context of most present education. It can also mean Socratic education, of learning through the experience of relationship with another, in which each person "learns" from the other person that which is usually not "programming-in-the interest-of-vested-interests", but is, instead, learning in the interests of one and all FOR the general welfare of one and all, rather than the "vested interests" of Satan's "programming". By way of an aside, it can also refer to that which was done unto Rita.
