The term refers to the Human Evolutionary (NOT Darwinian Evolutionary) "maturity" of the human mind, wherein the individual's consciousness is able to transcend the limitations of the self (lower portion of the local mind) and "breach" the Veil of Unknowing, in connecting to, and accessing, the Soul (or upper portion of the local mind), which can, in turn, connect that individual to the layers and dimensions of consciousness beyond the Self. In all of this, the individual, being in direct access with the Collective Consciousness, is now able to "remember" any and all events and is "aware" of oneSelf and one's consciousness beyond the self.
