The term refers to the imparting and transfer of KNOWING from one individual to another OR from one dimensional ground-state to another. Information transfer, in today's civilization and societies, is accomplished physically through education, where the mind is (usually) "programmed" with the requisite information as to enable conformity to and with the dictates of the societal "vested interests".
Information transfer, however, in an incorporeal dimensionality of consciousness, refers to the individual entity being able to consciously, through the potential "awareness" of the mature mind, access any and all KNOWING of any other dimension of consciousness, in providing unto the recipient ground-state the absolute truth of any and all realities so perceived and understood.
