The GENERAL CONTEXT of such use is:
The term refers to that awareness which becomes possible with an actualization of one's innate maturity of mind and their access to the Self/Soul, which is the consciousness function of the individual local mind that "operates" (can access) beyond the local mind and can thusly access any and all further dimensions of consciousness, including Infinite Consciousness (God) and any other sentient dimension of consciousness within the Cosmos, AS such MAY BE instantiated BY the self-ordering OF one's ground-state of consciousness, AS WILLED or directed BY one's purpose in doing so (or in attempting to do so, IF such access should be allowable BY Infinite Consciousness and/or the dimension/entity of consciousness being accessed). In other words, one may ONLY access the mature mind of Infinite Consciousness (OR any other mature mind) IF that ground-state of consciousness accedes thereto. On the other hand, one can access ANY immature mind (such as Christa McAuliffe, of the Challenger Space Shuttle disaster) at will, because the immaturity of that mind, not "knowing" oneSelf, has no awareness of their mature-mind-potentiality and therefore no awareness of any "visitor" thereto.
