The GENERAL CONTEXT of such use is:
The term refers to a comment by Jerome in reference to a historical event of our current civilization (as recorded in the OA/OWB's Hall of Records, in the Collective Consciousness of humanity), such event being the incidence of the singular individual of mankind who, in the beginning of this civilization, and as influenced by Satan's initial Veil of Separation/Unknowing and negativity (a person of immature mind), did draw a "line in the sand" with a stick and say to his friend, "This side of the line is my land, and that side of the line is your land!", initiating the conflicts over property/land ownership and possession which do persist to this day. This very event so changed the functioning of human society, creating much of the "divisions" that do exist today, not only in and with what one "has" or "has-not", BUT the very attitudes of much of mankind TOWARD one who does or does not "possess" land or property (EVEN personal property - witness the great amount of societal "stigmata" attached to a homeless person who, not possessing a home or much personal property, is looked upon by society as a "pariah" or outcast, by their very situation deemed to be one not worthy of association OR consideration, in any way).
