The GENERAL CONTEXT of such use is:
The term refers to the entire mind of the individual, consisting of two portions: the lower local mind (the self) and the upper local mind (the Self/Soul). See the listing for "individual mind". The individual local mind defines and distinguishes the mind-ground-state-condensate-field of the individual from all other ground-state-condensate-fields (by QUFD principia), each ground-state being a unique and complete "creation" OF the condensate-field that was so created. Such QUFD condensate-field ground-states "interact" with their associated (group) ground-states and other ground-states, as well as being "perturbed" BY such other ground-states as may directly "perturb" and influence a ground-state.
In the human entity of consciousness, the local individual Mind actually consists of two entirely complete and functional condensate-fields which are, however, "interlocked" together into a combined ground-state that, although each half-portion functions (effectively) independent of the other, the lower mind is actually supervised and directed by the upper mind. And the other major "influence", upon the functioning of the lower mind, is the "perturbation" that actually separates the local mind into its two separate halves, that "perturbation" being of the Luciferian Complex of dimensionality. In other words, both portions of the local mind are (usually) basically of positive quantum axion-particle consciousness-spirit, with the upper mind "controlling" the lower mind by and through the "overlap" of both portions with each other, such that all functions of the lower mind are thusly influenced BY the "perturbations" of the upper mind, effectuating a "supervision" thereof. However, IN that "overlap" region, between the two portions of positive quantum axion particle spirit, such region IS actually a separation "boundary" THAT DOES ALLOW the "incursion", INTO such boundary, OF the NEGATIVE quantum axion particles OF the Luciferian Complex of spiritual dimensionality. So, the "perturbation" OF negative consciousness BETWEEN the two halves of the positive-consciousness-mind, does provide the moderating influence, between the upper and lower portions, that INFLUENCES much of that "control" which the upper mind exercises over the operations of the lower mind, causing the "distortions" of mental functioning that do and may occur.
Such "distortions" may be minimal or they may be maximal (even causing major psychological and psychiatric malfunctions), depending on the extent of the negative incursioning. As long as the entire individual local mind entity labors under such division of itSelf into two portions, such distortions and influence (the Veil of Separation) does continue, and the lower local mind portion has no awareness OF the upper mind portion of itself OR of either the nominal supervision of itself BY itSelf (the upper mind), OR of the incursioning OF the negative spirituality influences that are also affecting its operation.
Of course, the only way that the two "halves" of the local Mind can "come together" and become a WHOLE and unified independent entity IS by and through the "breaching" and elimination OF that negative spirit-incursion, the Veil of Separation. When the negative "perturbation" by the Luciferian Complex has been eliminated, THEN the local Mind of the individual entity of consciousness IS a whole and complete (and fully functional) ground-state of consciousness, entirely capable of accessing any and all other ground-states and dimensions of consciousness throughout the Universe and the Cosmos.
