The term refers to the fact that, in a quantum system (see the listing for "quantum"), which exists everywhere, consisting of a universal condensate-field of the quantum forces, such forces being unitary-zero, the quantum waves of probability do likewise exist everywhere. By further definition, "existing everywhere" means that any and all probabilities/possibilities OF REALITY, are extant IN EVERY DIMENSION, or "coda", of existence; or, in other words, ANY REALITY may "exist", or come into existence, at ANY time and place, that one may wish ("one", in this case, being ANY entity of sentience OF ANY DIMENSION), who might so "observe", create, such a reality as might be "selected" FROM those quantum waves of probability.
