The term refers to those institutions, creeds, dogmas, belief structures (see the listing for "beliefs") and ecclesiastical bureaucracies which have been created by mankind as "instruments of worship" of the Almighty. All such "instrumentalities" derive from the one true Christian Spirituality, the Universal and Cosmological "Spirit" of Infinite Consciousness, that ground-state condensate-field of consciousness which is, and has been, the "wellspring" of ALL "religion" - Islam, Hindu, Buddhist, Judaic, Christian, Tao, the nature religions, and the Eastern (and Mid-Eastern) "mysticisms" and more! All such "religion" has originated by and through the "interpretations" of the "founder(s)" thereof and their individualistic "creation" of the "beliefs", philosophies, creeds, etc., as well as the "instumentalities" of worship which became the individual "religion" that it is today.
