Refers only and exclusively to the lower mind of the local human Mind, as the only place where a local point-location can exist, because all point-locations must exist within a Condensate of Incorporeality somewhere. However, 'local point-location' further refers to that one, single Condensate of Incorporeality which actually 'interfaces' directly with the Corporeality of the human Brain, wherein the lower mind is able to 'initiate inputs-to-the-Upper Mind' that are derived from the Corporeal 'senses' of the Brain and Body, as those 'sensorial inputs' are 'felt' within the lower mind after being 'translated' from the Brain and Body via the 'glial-synaptic-junctions' of the brain, spinal cord and ganglia. The quantum axion particle, at that specific point-location of the incorporeal lower mind, which exists relative to that specific 'sensory-input', transfers the 'input' to the main processing that is being done by the 'dynamics' of the Upper Mind, such that this specific 'input' will be included with the aggregation of 'inputs' to Consciousness for the Issue/Matter that is being considered by the Upper Mind.
