In QUFD Physics, there are two generalized 'locations' where the term applies, although actually both 'locations' are but one and the same 'location'. 'Chaotic quanta' actually 'appear', instantaneously and momentarily, as the 'dynamics' of the nominal 'functioning' of the Incorporeal Condensate of the Upper Mind 'does-it's-thing', with regard to all the 'inputs' that have been 'presented' to the Ground-State of the Condensate. In the processing of such 'dynamics', Order and Chaos are continually reevaluated, producing various instantaneous 'Levels of Order' and 'Levels of Chaos', to be considered further by the 'dynamics'. It is here, to such interim 'Levels of Chaos', that the term may be applied. But also, by extension of the very same 'Level', of either Chaos or Order, such a 'Level' may be repeatably re-generated by the processing 'dynamics', such that the specific instantaneous 'condition', on the Landscape of the Mind, remains for numbers-of-cycles of the processing, a 'condition' that might lead to the onset of 'entropy', with regard to that specific instantaneous 'condition'. It is when such a situation occurs, that the 'refresh process' (via sexuality, both physical and of the Mind and Spirit!) becomes necessary.
