The GENERAL CONTEXT of such use is:

As any Technical Person knows, communications-signals most anywhere, require a Dimensionality that is Corporeal, consisting of Time and Space, in which the Corporeal quantum electro-magnetic forces/fields can be invoked and utilized, to enable such as a 'phase-space-shifting' (or otherwise), to communicate a message from one place to another. In this respect, Incorporeality is not that much different from Corporeality! The immediate problem here, in the Incorporeality of the Condensate of the Upper Mind, is that even though this is yet within Incorporeality, where the quantum axion particle 'Reigns Supreme', with its nominal 'capability' of unitarially and instantly 'moving' anything from one place in the Cosmos to any other place in the Cosmos, we have an additional problem here in the Local Human Mind. Because the Local Human Mind, even though composed of two (2) independent Condensates of Incorporeality, has the situation whereby the entirety of the Local Human Mind performs as though it is One, in reflecting the Oneness and Unity of that overall Condensate of Incorporeality within which it exists, Infinite Consciousness or God! Meaning that, now that one part of that Local Human Mind, the Soul or Upper Mind, has 'collected' and 'processed' all pertinent 'inputs' from everywhere, with regard to the 'dynamics-of-the-moment', the Final Resolution or 'Output Decision', which needs to be passed from Upper Mind-to-lower mind, cannot now use such Incorporeal 'express methodology', to transmit that 'Output-Decision' to the lower mind for 'execution' by the human Brain, but must now 'fall-back' upon our 'tried-and-true' methodology of 'Electro-Magnetic Communications' to do the job! But, have no fear, our trusty quantum axion particle can yet 'come-to-the-rescue'! Because all we have to do is to get the 'Output-Decision' (Perturbation) of the Upper-Mind, across the vortices (Incorporeal 'spaces', which are not really of 'time-space', because they exist within Incorporeality!) between the bottom-of-the-Condensate 'Landscape-of-the-Upper-Mind' and the top-of-the-Condensate 'Landscape-of-the-lower-mind'! In other words, we need a 'point-to-point' form of 'communications'! Actually, from an Incorporeal 'point-location' on the 'Landscape-of-the-Upper-Mind' (wherever on that 'Landscape', that the 'Output-Decision' will emerge, or 'perturb'!), TO the corresponding Incorporeal point-location on the 'Landscape-of-the-lower-mind', where that 'Output-Decision' is supposed to be received, in order to be properly routed/distributed to the appropriate 'glial-synaptic-junction(s)' of the human Brain, by the supervisory processes of the lower-side of that lower-mind, interacting/interfacing with the human Brain! But again, as I have said, our trusty quantum axion particle 'comes to the rescue', because our quantum axion particle has an additional quality that it performs. The quantum axion particle, which we have already defined as being able to 'release Time and Space' into a new Condensate of Corporeality, by the expansion/release of the Corporeal quantum forces, fields and gravity, from within the quantum axion particle itself! Now, the exact same 'requirement' is needed, but instead of being needed on a permanent basis for the 'creation' of Time and Space within a new Corporeal Condensate/Dimension, all we need now is the 'release' of 'Time and Space' TEMPORARILY, for only as long as it is necessary for the Electro-Magnetic forces/fields to 'phase-space-shift' our 'Output-Decision', from Upper-Mind to lower-mind, using those Electro-Magnetic forces/fields to enable the 'communications-signal'! In other words, even though this occurs within Incorporeality (the 'vortices/spaces' between the Condensates of the Upper Mind and the lower mind, are part of the overall Condensate of Infinite Consciousness, or God!), the quantum axion particles of the Upper Mind can temporarily open an instantaneous Condensate/Dimension of Corporeality, in order to enable the 'communications' of that 'Output-Decision' from Upper Mind to lower mind, from the sending local point-location of the Landscape of the Upper Mind, to the receiving local point-location of the Landscape of the lower mind! Also note, that this very same 'Temporary-Opening-of-an-Instantaneous-Condensate/Dimension-to-enable-processing', already occurs many times during the processing of the 'inputs' by the 'dynamics' of the Upper Mind, until the Final Resolution or 'Output-Decision' has been reached and 'perturbed'!
