A criticality is what happens when the dynamics of an Incorporeal Condensate, in processing all of the various inputs to that Condensate Ground-State within that moment, have arrived at a complexively-adapted self-ordering and balance between the basic Order and Chaos of the Ground-State, that, in consideration of all such inputs, represents a peak-of-criticality, or perturbation, upon the Landscape of that Ground-State!

Further, as a theoretical possibility, a 'peak-of-criticality', being the result of the processing of all the 'inputs' of that moment, with reference to both the Order and Chaos of the ground-state, we might presume that, under such dynamical conditions, such a 'peak-of-criticality', as a final 'Level of Order', is thusly occurring deep into the state of Chaos, because if it were otherwise, i.e., occurring within the state of Order, it would not be a 'critical-peak', but would, instead be merely another 'Level'of static-order', unexemplary in its Being! Thusly, I think, it can be said that the 'presence' of Chaos is most important to the processing of 'dynamics' within a Condensate of Incorporeality!
