The term refers to the Landscapes of the Mind and one of the possible 'problem-situations' that might occur on that Ground-State Landscape as all the various 'inputs' thereto are being processed by the 'dynamics' of that Ground-State! Interference(s), Occlusions and other 'inputs' can actually be Negative or damaging 'inputs' to the rest of the 'inputs' and can consequently 'interfere' with an 'output-decision' by the 'dynamics' of that moment. This can be 'felt' at the Corporeal Reality of the individual as Psychiatric/Psychological 'issues' that would require a good 'Ground-States Physician' or Doctor-of-the-Mind, to identify and provide the appropriate Therapy therefore!
