The GENERAL CONTEXT of such use is:
local point-location:
The term 'local point-location' refers exclusively to 'point locations' existing within the Ground-State 'Landscapes of the Mind', specifically the 'Landscape' of the under-side of the Upper Mind, and copied by the 'Landscape of the lower mind' on the top-side of the lower mind. A 'point-location' is always a reference point within Incorporeality, but a 'local point-location' always refers to the 'locality' of the human Mind, unless it is another Life-form being discussed.

'Non-Local Point-Locations are non-local and may appear anywhere in the Cosmos, as well as within other Condensates of Incorporeality (meaning other than the Condensate doing the 'collecting' of 'inputs' thereto that Condensate from such 'non-local point-locations'. When the Upper Mind 'collects' sensory and other physical 'inputs' from the Corporeality of the Human Individual, it is incorporeal 'point-locations' within the lower mind which are the 'non-local point-locations' for such 'inputs', even though the lower mind is considered to be of the Local Human Mind! This is because the 'collecting-point' is located within the condensate of the lower mind and not of the 'Landscape of that lower mind'. If it were referring to the 'Landscape', then it would be a 'local point-location', rather than a 'non-local 'point-location'!

Another incidental point here, is that 'local' point-locations always deal with 'communications' and 'realities' AFTER an 'Output-Decision' has been rendered by the 'dynamics' of the Upper Mind. 'Non-local' point-locations always deal with incorporeal 'realities' BEFORE or prior to, processing by the 'dynamics' of a Condensate of Incorporeality!
