This term refers to the same functionality and 'mechanics' of the Brain-Mind Interface as that which has been discussed in my Book and in other Definitions in this Dictionary.

Some students, academics, professors and even researchers, just cannot comprehend that most simple of functionalities that occurs between the human Brain and the human Mind, that of the 'interface between the two' and the feedback 'mechanism' that provides a 'loop-circuit' of safety and security for the operation of each one of these 'interfaces' at each and every glial-synapsial-junction of the human Brain and Mind!
