pedagogic order and ambition: Refers to the idealized principle of every economic and social hierarchy by which a Jacobin Utopia of a social order in which everyone in society would be rewarded according to merit, i.e., according to their School ranking, which does yet cohabit with the antiquarian and aristocratic "pretension" to recognize no other values than those of the educational institution which alone recognizes their full value, as well as the institutionally aristocratic ambition of every School of subjecting all acts of civil and political life to the moral magisterium of that School or institution.
