To Sarah's Vet Page
Hi, my name is Sarah, and I am the mastermind behind Sarah's Vet Tech Page . Let me tell you about myself. I am a graduate of Yuba Community College from the Veterinary Technology Program. I am a Registered Veterinary Technician and graduated in the spring of 1999. I live in a small town in Northern California nestled at the foot of the Sutter Buttes. I have 3 sisters and 3 brothers, all of which are younger than me. We have 3 horses, 5 dogs, 2 cats and a sheep. My horse is named Kazzkade, and he is a registered Arabian gelding. Our other horses names are Gabrielle, a Morab (Morgan x Arabian) mare, and Rusty, an Appaloosa gelding. Our dogs are named Skunk, Ginger, Daisy, Dolly, and Sasha. Skunk and Ginger are Border Collies, Daisy and Dolly are Boston Terriers, and Sasha is a Doberman Lab cross. Our cat Tom, is a Birman, and Bitsy is a Persian, and my Suffolk Ewe, who's name is Wilma.
I decided to become a Veterinary Technician because of all the animals I have. In high school, I was involved with the FFA, and that is how I got my sheep. After fair, we decided to keep her and now she has become a pet. I decided to make Sarah's Vet Tech Page to help me and others find resources on the Internet for their pets. The Veterinary Links are medical related, and the Pet Links are for information on certain animal breeds and care. The Horse and Livestock Links are all Horse, Cow, Sheep, Pig, and Goat related, containing sites that have information on their care as well as health.
I hope this page can help anyone who needs information on their animals, or would like a place to find medical reference information for their pets.
