These two beautiful pups arrived in Oregon all the way from Shadow Wings Kennels in Georgia
and are the great grandchildren of my BIS CH Alaturka's KibarDev Senflower,
making them great great grandchildren of Senflower's Savasci (aka "Butch" aka "HUG").

The first week in May, I flew to Atlanta, Georgia where I was met by Darlene Kelley. Darlene and I hit it off immediately, and I enjoyed the ride to the farm as the marvelous scenery of the Blue Ridge Mountains rolled by. I spent three days and three rainy nights in Georgia, enjoying Darlene and her family of children, dogs, puppies and farm animals, as well as observing the five puppies carefully for that special little one who would return to Oregon with me.

By the end of the morning of the second day, it was clear to me that there were actually two special puppies that I could not leave in Georgia – a red fawn boy with a beautiful black mask and white blaze on his chest that I named Shadow Wings Rahvan Giden -Turkish for “Easy Going”. A beautiful, all over red fawn girl with black mask, I called Shadow Wings Sarina Sahiba – Turkish for "Beautiful Princess".

On May 4th, 2009, all three of us flew from Atlanta, Georgia to Portland, Oregon, where my husband picked us up and drove us to our home near Springfield, Oregon. The pups adjusted quickly and well to their beginning crate training and later to their huge dog house with a deck and lovely yard which was previously occupied by their Great Grandsire, BIS CH Alaturka’s KibarDev Senflower, affectionately known to most as Devver.

Along with their BEST IN SHOW great grandsire and their BEST IN SHOW GRAND CHAMPION great great grandmother, they also have several #1 Anatolians, AKC Top Anatolians, and ASDCA National Specialty, Eukanuba and Westminster winners in their very prestigious line. When all is said and done, these pups carry some very special genes!!
