Silver moonlight on the water as the waves break upon the shore...
My thoughts are of you much more vivid and much deeper than before...
Do you see me in my white dress with my feet down in the sand?
On my knees down in the sand, hands held high up toward the sky...
Angels singing "Praise be God", tears are falling from my eyes...
I feel you touch me deep within although you're far across the sea.
The smell of salt the gentle breeze, your memory embraces me....
Where has all the time gone as each day begins anew...
I rise and slowly walk along with loving thoughts of you...
Years come and pass and still I wait and watch across the sea...
The white dress tattered, heart still aching, my souls waits for thee...

The ocean in all it's vastness holds such mystery it seems...
It takes my breath away and I see visions of you in dreams...
unfolding as I sit on sand so white and fine and feel it sifting through
my fingers... dreams of you through endless time......
Can you feel your arms around me as we dance to the steel pan?
Taste the salt upon my lips, see my long hair blowing in the night...
the love inside me glowing tells me loving you is right...
For hours I sit right here the sound is music to my ears...
The waves crash hard against the shoreline take me with you, calm my
fears....
The taste of salt upon the very lips you kiss is so much such...
like the spray of brine is on the cheek your fingers love to touch...
Not behind you but beside you in everything you do...
Come great ocean just consume me, penetrate my soul with love...
Is the salt I taste the ocean or is it simply my tears....
Every night I watch the ocean all my life for many years...
Do you ever once remember what it's like to hold my hand?
do you ever dream of making love upon the pure white sand?
