In July, 2010 we took a two day road trip on California's Highway 1 from Carmel to Cambria visiting four State Parks. We took the tour of Point Sur Lightstation and took two of the five tours of Hearst Castle. We really beat the heat as it was 103 at home but foggy and in the 60's on the coast.
