Welcome to Badtz Maru's homepage. Badtz Maru is the badest of bad among the Sanrio characters. He's the PENGUIN with the bad attitude. I made it known that he's a PENGUIN because some say he's an owl and others say he's a penguin. For Pete's Sake people ... get it right ... he's a PENGUIN !! Badtz Maru is one of the newest edition to the Sanrio characters & products. He lives with his mother and father in Gorgeoustown. Unlike most households Badtz Maru doesn't have a common pet, instead he has a pet ALLIGATOR named Pochi. He goes to school @ the Gorgeous Academy attending the 1st grade. During recess he plays with his buds or what i call "sidekicks" Pandaba (panda bear) & Hana Maru (white seal). People say Hana is really his girlfriend cause she has the same last name ... come on now ... do you think a pengiun & a seal could be a "COUPLE" ? I THINK NOT !!
